4. Tender Fee and Empanelment Fee (EMD)

5. Scope of Work

The selected back-end partners will act as the implementing arm for BECIL. The indicative scope of work is comprehensive and covers the entire value chain of a skill development project:

7. Selection and Empanelment Procedure
