Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA), invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested & qualified entities for Implementation of Vocational Education program in 1543 Schools (1061 existing Schools + 311 new schools + 171 PM SHRI Schools) comprising of 15 sectors/trades approved for the year 2024-25 under Samagra Shiksha & PM SHRI.

The proposal complete in all respects must reach the undersigned by Speed Post / Registered Post/Courier only latest by 12/02/2025 upto 5.00 PM in a sealed envelope super-scribed as “EoI FOR – SELECTION OF VTPs FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION”. The proposals received beyond the last date and time shall be rejected. The EoI Inviting Authority i.e OSEPA reserves the right to accept / reject any / all EoIs / cancel the entire selection process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.

Timelines:

  • EOI Publication: January 23, 2025.
  • Pre-proposal Meeting: January 31, 2025 at 11.30 AM (in Hybrid Mode)
  • Proposal Submission Deadline: February 12, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
  • Opening of Proposals: February 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

EoI Processing Fee (Non-Refundable): INR 5,000/- (Rupees five Thousand) in form of demand draft drawn in favor of “State Project Director, OSEPA” drawn in any Scheduled Commercial Bank payable at Bhubaneswar.

Eligibility Criteria (Pre qualification):

The applicant should fulfill the following minimum requirement(s) as given in Table-1 and Table-2 below:

Honorarium of Vocational Trainer (VT) and Vocational Co-ordinator (VC) :

  1. Honorariums:
    • Vocational Trainers: ₹20,000/month.
    • Vocational Coordinators: ₹30,000/month.
  2. Administrative Charges:
    • Fixed at 15% of VT honorarium.
  3. Payment Process:
    • Payments reimbursed monthly upon submission of invoices, attendance records, EPF/ESI challans, and other documents.
    • No advance payments will be made.
  4. Penalties:
    • Delay in deployment of VTs: ₹500/day.
    • Absenteeism of VTs or VCs: ₹500–₹750/day.
    • Persistent non-compliance may lead to contract termination.
