KEY DATES
Objective of RFP:
To create a pool of Start-Ups with innovative technology-driven idea to cater/provide a scalable and viable solution & providing backward and forward market linkages to targeted sectors and upliftment of economic status and increase in livelihood of the Youth.
Organizations selected for empanelment pursuant to this RFP may be allocated work to impart skills training in Haryana after evaluating their proposal and technical presentation. The costing of sanctioned work shall be determined in accordance with the Common Norms notified by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship or as notified by HSDM from time to time.
Targeted Sectors:
Agriculture, Horticulture, Home-made Products, Educationists, Street vendors, Technicians, Handicrafts, Finance, Automotive, Beauty wellness, Solar and Renewable energies, Power, Environment, Entrepreneurship Development, Legal, accounting etc. New Age Skilling Sectors viz. Electrical Vehicle, Drone Technologies, Artificial Technologies, Database Administration, Software Development, Robotics, Industry 4.0, Network administration, Manufacturing Technologies, AutoCAD etc.
Scope of Work:
Upskilling of Existing workforce i.e. RPL preferably Online Mode
Entrepreneurship Development skill Trainings.
To provide backward and forward linkage of Government schemes to increase the daily earnings/wages and financial assistance for ease of living/ease of doing small business/es
Development of Digital course curriculum and LMS (No cost shall be borne by HSDM)
Eligibility -cum -Selection criteria:
Any registered indigenous Start up entity having valid recognition certificate from Department of Industry and international trade (DPIIT), GoI
The entity should not be loss making in last FY and at the time of application
Entity should have ready Technological solution
Entity with innovative Idea to outreach as large shall be preferred.
Entities having ISO certification, patents etc. shall be preferred.
The eligible applicants as above shall be invited for presentation before the selection committee on:
Understanding of Skill Eco System
Innovative idea to make outreach as large.
Demonstration of ready technology-driven solution
Design and demonstration of Online learning Management System
