DATE EXTENDED till 21.02.2025 (15:00 Hrs.)
The date has been extended for the RFP for Selection of Training Partners to implement Kushal Yuva Program (KYP) through allotment of available 19 “Block Skill Development Center/s” (BSDCs).

In view of requests received and for greater participation certain modifications/amendments in some of the provisions of above RFP is made as below:
- Clause 11 (viii) “AIl applicant organizations to note that any organization that already has KYP training centers with BSDM will not be eligible to apply in this process and any proposal violating this rule will be outrightly rejected.” mentioned on Page 14, under Eligibility Criteria and Proposal Evaluation'” of Section C-Preparation and Submission of Proposals:
The said clause should be treated as deleted. - In Annexure 1 – “CA Certificate“, the requirement for the Turnover of FY 2020-21, 2021-22 &
2022-23 mentioned on Page 29 should be read as Turnover of FY 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24. - Extension of last date of submission:
The last date and time for submission/ uploading of offer/Bid on the website “https://www.eproc2.bihar.gov.in” is extended from 12.02.2025 (15:00 Hrs.) to 21.02.2025 (15:00 Hrs.). Technical Bid will be opened on or after 21.02.2025 post 16:00 Hrs.
