Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

• Candidate mobilization, enrollment, and counseling.

• Submission of MIS, progress reports, and compliance documents.
• Coordination with SBSSU for monitoring and evaluation.

Eligibility of Training Partners

• Legal Entity: Registered as a Company, Society, Trust, LLP, Startup, or Institute.
• Financial Capacity: Minimum turnover of ₹0.5 Crore.
• Experience: At least 3 years in skill development/training (exempt for startups with relevant experience).
• Empanelment: Must be empaneled with Government for Skill Development Mission for 3+ years.
• Past Experience: At least two government training programs valued at ₹50 lakhs in the last 5 years.
• Faculty: Minimum 10 on-roll trainers in IT/TES/Digital Technologies.
• Clean Record: Must not be blacklisted by any government body.

Empanelment Procedure
