3. Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

- Admission & Training: Facilitating registration and admission, and conducting the residential GNM course strictly as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms and State Government approvals.
- Infrastructure & Facilities: Providing a dedicated training facility (minimum 20,000 sq. ft. for 40-60 students) with affiliated parent hospital, qualified faculty, laboratories, library, and residential facilities including boarding, lodging, uniforms, and study materials.
- Placement: Ensuring a minimum of 70% placement for the trained candidates upon successful completion of the course.
- Compliance & Reporting: Adhering to all statutory provisions, obtaining necessary approvals, and submitting periodic reports to MOIL to ensure transparency.
5. Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners

6. Selection Process and Empanelment Procedure

10. Other Important Terms and Conditions
- Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days from the date of opening.
- Deviation: No deviations from the tender terms and conditions are acceptable. Bidders must submit a certificate of no deviation.
- Integrity Pact: For tenders valued at Rs. 50 Lakhs and above, bidders must sign and upload the pre-contract Integrity Pact.
