8. Scope of Work

- Imparting skill training as per NSQF-aligned curricula.

11. Empanelment Procedure
- Apply Online: Submit the proposal on the RSLDC ISMS portal via SSO ID by the deadline.
- Submit Hard Copy: Send a hard copy of the complete application to the RSLDC office within 5 days of the EOI closing date.
- Evaluation: RSLDC evaluates the proposal (desk appraisal) within 60 days.

16. Other Important Terms and Conditions
- Sub-letting/Franchisee: Strictly prohibited. Violation will lead to blacklisting.
- District Allocation: Preference is given to agencies applying for “Category A” districts. An agency will be allotted only one district.
- Course Changes: Once a district, sector, or course is allotted, no change requests will be entertained.
- Monitoring: The TP must integrate their SDC with RSLDC’s ISMS for real-time monitoring via AEBAS and IP cameras.
- Jurisdiction: All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur only.
