2. Objective
The core objective of this skill tenders process is to create a robust panel of agencies that can supply certified manpower. The selected agencies will be responsible for providing Trainers (with valid ToT certification) and Peon cum Sweepers to facilitate seamless training operations at PSDM centers, ensuring compliance with Sector Skill Council (SSC) norms.
3. Key Dates and Schedule

4. Tender Fee, EMD, and Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG)

7. Selection Criteria and Empanelment Procedure

10. Duration of Training and Deployment

11. Funding and Payment Conditions
- GST Registration: The selected agency must have a Punjab GST Registration and raise bills from this registration only. This must be submitted within 30 days of allotment.

- Low Pass Percentage: If less than 80% of candidates pass, a penalty of ₹ 4,000 per candidate for the shortfall below 80% will be charged.
