2. Objective
The primary objective of this third-party evaluation is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of NIESBUD’s training programmes. The study will focus on:
- Assessing the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the programmes.
- Analyzing the impact on participants, including capacity building, entrepreneurial ventures established, employment generation, and income enhancement.

3. Scope of Work

- Submission: Bidders must submit their proposals online via the CPP Portal (eprocure.gov.in) by the deadline.

10. Duration of the Assignment
