Expression of Interest has been invited by Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC) for training of beneficiaries in Beauty & Wellness Sector under Sankalp project of MSSDS for Scheduled Caste candidate.
Eligibility Criteria for Candidates:
➢ Candidates belonging to scheduled caste who have caste certificate specifying them belonging to SC category
➢ Candidates who are willing for wage employment on completion of training shall be enrolled.
➢ Candidates enrolled must possess the qualification as prescribed by the Sector Skill Council as per respective Job role QP.
➢ Before enrolling, Trainee(s) must give in writing his/her willingness for wage employment along with details of point of contact/Guardian and their consent letter.
Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners:
➢ Training Partners having prior experience of at-least 2 years in running state funded training program in MSSDS under PMKUVA
➢ Training partners with placement record of at least 70% in government funded training programs.
➢ Training partners having annual turnover more than 30 lakhs.
➢ Training partners willing to take-up equal proportion of all the job roles listed in the EOI
Objective and Outcome of the Program:
➢ Wage Employment with an employer of repute to at least 70% candidates.
➢ Self-Employment Loan Support to candidates opting for self-employment.
Job roles:
➢ Assistant Beauty Therapist (360 hours)
➢ Assistant Hair Dresser & Stylist (330 hours)
Location & Targets:
The training partner is expected to execute trainings for 180 candidates in each of the 3 districts dividing them equally in both the job roles i.e. 90 per job role.
