Objective

The primary objectives of this training program are:

Enhance Digital Literacy: Introduce students to emerging technologies like AI, IoT, Robotics, and Cybersecurity.
Hands-on Learning: Provide practical exposure through live demonstrations and interactive sessions.
Career Readiness: Highlight career opportunities in technology fields.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Educate students on safe online practices and data protection.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

Amount: ₹6,12,000 (Rupees Six Lakh Twelve Thousand only).
Mode: Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee in favor of “Odisha Computer Application Centre”.
Validity: 90 days from the tender submission date.
Exemption: MSME-registered local bidders are exempted (subject to documentary proof).
Forfeiture Conditions:
Withdrawal of bid during validity.
Failure to submit Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) after selection.

Scope of Work

The selected agency will:

Conduct One-Day Training Camps (6 hours per camp) covering:

IoT & Robotics Innovation
AI Discovery
Cybersecurity Awareness

Provide Infrastructure:

Venue setup, power backup, internet connectivity.
Hardware/software tools (IoT kits, AI software, VR headsets, etc.).

Deploy Manpower:

3 Trainers (B.Tech/MCA with domain expertise).
1 Coordinator (B.Tech/BCA).
1 Supporting Staff.

Promotional Activities:

Banners, standees, social media campaigns.

Feedback & Reporting:

Submit attendance sheets, feedback forms, photos, and videos.
Provide a final impact report.

Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners

Criteria	Requirement
Legal Entity	Registered under Companies Act/Partnership Act/LLP Act.
Experience	Minimum 5 years in operation.
Turnover	Avg. ₹10 Crores in the last 3 financial years.
Certifications	ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001 (valid for 3 years).
Manpower	Minimum 100 technical & admin staff (20 on payroll).
Past Projects	Experience in IT training, e-content development, or skill development programs.
Local Presence	Must have a center in Odisha (own or via partner).

Selection Criteria (QCBS Method)

Commercial Evaluation (30%)	Lowest bidder (L1) gets 100% score.

Minimum Qualifying Score: 70% in Technical Evaluation.

Empanelment Procedure

Bid Submission: Online via e-Nivida Portal (https://enivida.odisha.gov.in).
Evaluation:

Pre-Qualification Check → Technical Evaluation → Commercial Bid Opening.

Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG):

10% of work order value, valid for 15 months.

Work Order Issuance: To the highest-scoring bidder.

Eligible Beneficiaries

Students from 100 Higher Secondary Schools & Colleges across 30 districts of Odisha.
Maximum 120 students per camp.

Total Target to be Trained

100 Camps (approx. 12,000 students).

Other Terms & Conditions

Force Majeure: OCAC may terminate due to unforeseen events.
