The Andaman & Nicobar Islands State Rural Livelihood Mission (ANISRLM) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) for empanelment to undertake skill development and placement projects under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) 2.0 in the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

- Agencies with experience in training & placement for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) over the last 5 years.
- Agencies paying minimum salary above A&N minimum wages:

- Existing PIAs with recovery proceedings pending.
- PIAs unable to place 50% of trained candidates under DDU-GKY.

- Agencies whose Directors are linked to past DDU-GKY defaulters (validated via MCA database).
