Before evaluation of the Proposals, Applicant’s eligibility would be evaluated to assess their compliance to the following eligibility criteria. Applicant(s) failing to meet these criteria or not submitting requisite proof for supporting the criteria are liable to be rejected at the preliminary level. The Applicant shall fulfill all the following Eligibility Criteria independently, as on date of submission of the Proposal.
