2. Objective
The primary objective of this EOI is to create a pool of pre-qualified and technically proficient Training Partners. These empanelled agencies will be entrusted with the responsibility of designing and delivering high-quality, outcome-based training programs in agriculture and allied sectors to enhance the skills and capacities of farmers in Uttar Pradesh.

5. Scope of Work (SOW) & Deliverables

8. Empanelment & Work Award Procedure

16. Other Important Terms & Conditions
- Intellectual Property (IP): All IP generated during the project will be owned by UPSAICL.

- Blacklisting: UPSAICL reserves the right to debar agencies for false information, unsatisfactory performance, or corrupt practices.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Lucknow. The governing law is Indian Law, with exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitral matters in courts at Bhopal.
