Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners
Prospective training partners must meet the following criteria:
- Past Experience: The bidder must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering similar services to any Central/State Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).
- Similar Services: The bidder must have successfully completed similar services in the last three years:
- Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (₹4,00,000), OR
- Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (₹5,00,000), OR
- One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (₹8,00,000).
- Annual Turnover: The bidder must have a minimum average annual financial turnover of ₹10 Lakhs (Ten Lakhs) during the last three financial years.
- Expertise: The firm must have proven expertise in life skills, soft skills, personality development, and delivering high-quality training programs.

Selection & Empanelment Procedure

Other Key Terms and Conditions
- ATC Clauses: The buyer has incorporated Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC). Bidders must review these carefully, as any contravention with GeM General Terms and Conditions (GTC) can render the bid null and void.
