4. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Tender Fee

6. Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners

Bidders must meet the following criteria to be considered for this Eoi for Skill Development Training:

  • Legal Entity: Must be a Registered Company / LLP / Partnership Firm / Society / Trust under Indian laws.
  • Statutory Compliance: Must have valid GST and PAN.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in training/career development services for students in reputed higher educational institutions.
  • Past Projects: Must have successfully executed at least 02 similar large-scale assignments in the last three financial years for:
    • IIMs, or
    • Top 30 NIRF-ranked B-Schools (2023, 2024, 2025), or
    • Management Disciplines of CFTIs, or
    • AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA accredited B-schools in India.
  • Financial Turnover: Average annual turnover of not less than ₹50 Lakhs in the last three financial years (CA certified).
  • Blacklisting: The firm must not have been blacklisted by any Government / PSU / Autonomous Body.

7. Other Desirable Strengths

  • Mentor Pool: A minimum pool of 50+ industry mentors with 5+ years of experience.
  • Technology Platform: Must have an online platform capable of AI-based mock interviews, aptitude tests, automated performance reports, and an admin dashboard.

8. Selection Criteria (CQCCBS)

The evaluation will follow a Combined Quality Cum Cost Based System (CQCCBS) with a 70:30 weightage for Technical and Financial Bids, respectively.

  • Technical Evaluation (100 Marks):
    • Experience with Top NIRF Institutions (excluding IIMs): 15 Marks
    • Experience with IIMs: 15 Marks
    • Years of experience in IIMs: 15 Marks
    • Number of students trained (in IIMs & Top NIRF colleges): 15 Marks
    • Credentials of Trainers: 15 Marks
    • Student Performance Tracking (Online Platform/AI): 15 Marks
    • Added Advantages (Psychometric tests, etc.): 10 Marks

9. Eligible Beneficiaries and Target

  • Eligible Beneficiaries: Students of IIM Visakhapatnam enrolled in the PGP (MBA) program.
  • Total Target: Approximately 698 students (348 from the 2025-27 batch and 350 from the 2026-28 batch).

10. Duration and Funding

  • Contract Period: Initially for a period of one year (01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027), with a possible extension based on performance.
  • Funding: The funding for this project will be provided by IIM Visakhapatnam.
  • Payment Terms:

    • 25% on conclusion of at least 50% of Final Placements.

12. Other Key Terms and Conditions

  • Performance Security: The successful bidder must submit a performance security of 5% of the contract value within 15 days of the work order.
