2. Objectives
The key objectives of the ITKC project are:
- To provide basic and advanced IT skills to youth, housewives, and other citizens.
- To offer job-oriented IT training programs aligned with industry needs.
- To ensure widespread digital literacy across Goa’s 12 talukas.
- To empower Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC) communities through subsidized training.

6. Scope of Work
Empaneled institutes will:

- CCTV, biometric attendance, and safety compliance.
- Follow ITG’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for quality and penalties for non-compliance.
- Assist in student enrollment, examinations, and placement support.
- Share revenue with ITG in an 80:20 ratio (institute:ITG).

9. Empanelment Procedure
- Submit application in sealed envelope (physical mode only).
- Pay EMD and tender fee.
- ITG evaluates eligibility and inspects premises.
- Successful institutes sign a contract and submit a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of ₹50,000.
- Empanelment valid for 2 years (extendable based on performance).
10. Eligible Beneficiaries
- General Candidates: Fee-based training (80% revenue to institute).
- SC/ST Candidates: Subsidized under DITE&C scheme (exam fees paid by Govt.).
