Objective
The primary objectives of this RFP are:
- To provide free computer training (DCA course) to girl students across 5 districts of BTR.
- To improve digital literacy and job readiness for government and private sector employment.
- To issue a government-recognized certificate upon course completion.
- To support women’s empowerment through skill development and economic independence.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) & Tender Fees

- Reserved Category: 1% of estimated cost (₹25,000)
- MSME-registered firms are exempted (valid certificate required).
- Tender Processing Fee: ₹1,000 (Non-refundable).
Scope of Work
The selected Implementing Agency (IA) will:
- Conduct a 6-month DCA course for 250 girl students across BTR.
- Provide 1-hour daily training (26 days/month, total 156 hours).
- Ensure soft skills and entrepreneurship training.
- Issue government-recognized certificates upon completion.
- Maintain training quality as per government standards.

Empanelment Procedure
- Online Submission: Technical & financial bids via Assam Tenders Portal (Digital Signature mandatory).
- Hard Copy Submission: Technical bid (sealed envelope) to:
Joint Director cum CHD, Women & Child Development, BTC, Dimalgaon, P.O. – Titaguri, Kokrajhar. - Evaluation: Technical bids evaluated first; qualified bidders proceed to financial bid opening.
- Award: Successful bidder must submit 2% Performance Security (FD pledge) within 10 days.
