
SUMMARY OF EOI
Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM) invites applications from the eligible and interested Agencies under all categories (Priority A, B, C and D), as per the criteria mentioned in the guidelines and SoP of DDU-GKY 2.0 scheme to allot target of skilling of 2967 candidates, rural poor youth for the financial year 2025-26. Interested agencies having PRN, allotted from MoRD, may apply on online portal of MoRD i.e.
https://kaushal.rural.gov.in along with the non-refundable requisite fee of Rs.25,000 /- for initial Screening in favor of PSDM. Eligible agencies will be intimated to deposit Rs.1,25,000 plus GST for Qualitative Appraisal.
The appraisal of DDU-GKY project has to conduct through the IT platform provided by MoRD only. Account details for depositing Initial Screening and Qualitative Appraisal fee is (Punjab Skill Development Mission Society A/c no.360701000129 IFSC Code: ICIC0003607 ICIC1 Bank and Branch: Sector 10D, Chandigarh). Details for filling up online application form is available on the website. Applicant should read the guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of DDU-GKY 2.0 scheme carefully before filling up the application form. The Guidelines and SOPs are available on the website of MoRD i.e.
ddugky.gov.in.
It is to be noted that the agency applying for the DDUGKY project shall bear the expenses as detailed above for undertaking the project appraisal by PSDM / Project Appraisal Agency. The Agencies will be empanelled with PSDM under: Priority A, B, C and D, as per the criteria mentioned in the guidelines and SoP of DDU-GKY 2.0 scheme.
In case of negative feedback or feedback on poor Performance received from any competent authority with which the agency has worked with in past, it will be liable to be rejected/terminated at any stage of empanelment process, before or even after empanelment at the discretion of PSDM without giving any notice.
The Appraisal of the proposal shall be carried out with the conditions mentioned in the SOP and Guidelines of the DDU-GKY 2.0
The selected agencies has to follow the DDU-GKY 2.0 Guidelines, SoP and orders issued by Punjab Skill Development Mission and Ministry of Rural Development. All trainings (classroom) will happen within the state of Punjab.
