Summary: EoI for Empanelment of PIA for Employment Linked Skill Training Program (ELSTP) by UKSDS
1. Introduction
The Uttarakhand Skill Development Society (UKSDS), established by the Government of Uttarakhand, has released an Expression of Interest (EOI) to empanel qualified Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) for its flagship Employment Linked Skill Training Program (ELSTP) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The program aims to combat youth unemployment by providing short-term, demand-driven skill training directly linked to job placements, with a special focus on school dropouts and marginalized sections of society. UKSDS seeks to partner with competent agencies from government, private, and industry sectors to deliver high-quality, NSQF-aligned training across the state.
