3. Tender Fee and EMD

4. Scope of Work

  • Objective: Equip personnel with fundamental SCUBA skills, buoyancy control, underwater navigation, and dive safety.

5. Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners

11. Other Important Terms and Conditions

  • Right to Reject: The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids partially or fully without assigning any reason. The lowest bid is not guaranteed to be accepted.
  • Blacklisting: If the selected firm fails to deliver the training within the stipulated time without requesting an extension, their security deposit will be forfeited, and the firm will be blacklisted/suspended.
