Introduction

The Government of Gujarat, through the Directorate of Employment and Training (DET), operates a network of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) to enhance the employability of its youth. Recognizing the increasing demand for skilled Indian manpower in international job markets, particularly in countries like Japan, Germany, Russia, and Arabic-speaking nations, the DET has issued this Expression of Interest (EoI) . The primary goal is to identify and empanel competent training partners to introduce structured foreign language programs. This initiative aims to integrate technical skills with language proficiency, significantly boosting the global employability of ITI students and other individuals in Gujarat. This EoI for Skill Development Training is a strategic move to create a sustainable and scalable framework for international workforce mobility.
