Introduction
The Rajasthan Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (RAJSICO), a Government of Rajasthan undertaking, has officially published a new skill tender (NIB No. 72/2025-26) inviting online applications for the Empanelment of Training Providers. This empanelment is for the implementation of a crucial “Digital Enablement and Handholding” programme targeted at artisans, craftsmen, and MSMEs involved in ODOP (One District One Product) across the state.
This is a short-term Request for Empanelment (RFE) for the financial year 2025-26, with a possible extension. It is not a financial bidding document but aims to create a panel of qualified agencies. Once empanelled, these agencies will be eligible to receive specific Work Orders to conduct training programs as per the administrative requirements of the Rajasthan ODOP Policy, 2024.
Objective
The primary objective of this skill RFP is to strengthen district value chains by improving the digital literacy and market readiness of ODOP artisans and MSMEs. The programme is designed to move beyond classroom training, focusing on practical, hands-on outcomes. Key goals include:
- Facilitating formal registration of units under Udyam and ODOP.
- Providing hands-on digital enablement, such as onboarding onto e-commerce platforms (GeM, ONDC, e-Bazaar) or creating business pages on social media.
- Equipping artisans with practical digital skills to enhance their online presence and expand market access.
