The objective of this Expression of Interest is to select and empanel the capable and qualified training partners/ industries/ government organizations for the implementation of placement linked/ self-employment training programs in sectors/job roles which have a high potential for employment for unemployed youth across Andhra Pradesh.
Bid/Proposal Processing Fee: Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) to be paid in the form of demand draft Payable to Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation’ payable at Vijayawada, drawn on any scheduled commercial bank along with the pre-qualification bid (hardcopy).
Note: Category C and Category D Applicants are exempted from submission of bid/proposal processing fee.
The applicants who are Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) as defined in MSE Procurement Policy issued by Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) or are registered with the Central Purchase Organization or the concerned Ministry or Department are exempted from submission of bid/proposal processing fee.
-The applicant/bidder should submit “Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum” and relevant supporting documents which satisfy the above-mentioned criteria for excluding from submission of bid/proposal processing fee.
Security Deposit (SD): The successful applicants/bidders shall pay a refundable security deposit to APSSDC within 7 days from the date of empanelment confirmation from APSSDC.
The security deposit shall be of Rs. 10,000/- per job role. For example, if a training partner is empanelling for 5 job roles, the TP has to pay Rs. 50,000/- (5 job roles X Rs. 10,000/-)
Pre-Qualification Criteria
The interested and eligible applicants/ bidders may apply in any one of the following categories.
Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category A Applicants (Private TPs)
Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category B Applicants (New TPs)
Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category C Applicants (Central/State Govt./PSU Institutions in AP)
Pre-Qualification Criteria for Category D Applicants (Industry)
Empanelment Duration:
The duration of the empanelment will be for Two (2) Years. This empanelment can be further extended for a period of 1 year, subject to performance review and approval of APSSDC committee.
