Objective
The key objectives of this tender are:

Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
1. Event Conceptualization & Planning
- Develop district-specific execution plans.
- Prepare Gantt charts, timelines, and branding strategies.
2. Venue Finalization & Setup
- Secure venues with adequate infrastructure (exhibition stalls, seminar halls, registration counters).
- Arrange AV systems, LED screens, security, and branding.
3. Program Execution
- Trade Fair / Exhibition (Component 5B):
- Stall layout, exhibitor onboarding, B2B facilitation.
- Seminars & Workshops (Component 5F):
- Expert sessions on MSME policies, digital marketing, credit linkage.
- Awareness & Outreach (Component 5G):
- IEC materials, live demonstrations, social media campaigns.
4. Participant Mobilization
- Engage MSMEs, SHGs, startups, artisans, and government departments.
- Ensure minimum outreach targets per district (e.g., 1,500+ in West Tripura).
5. Media & Publicity
- Pre-event promotions (press releases, social media).
- Live coverage, post-event reports, and success stories.
6. Mega Event & Award Ceremony (West Tripura)
- Organize a state-level conclave with award distribution.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Submit event-wise reports, attendance logs, and financial statements.
Eligibility of Training Partners
The bidder must meet the following criteria:
- Legal Status: Registered Private Limited Company / Partnership Firm under Indian laws.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in MSME/SHG outreach programs.
- At least 1 project executed for Tripura Government/PSUs.
- Financial Capability:
- Average annual turnover ≥ ₹20 lakhs (last 3 years).
- Compliance:
- Valid PAN, GST, Udyam Registration.
- Not blacklisted by any government authority.
