1. Introduction

Rani Channamma University (RCU), Belagavi, invites online e-tenders from eligible and registered Training Partners for the implementation, operation, and management of Short-Term Training (STT) programs under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0 (PMKVY 4.0).   • Mobilization and Enrollment: Conducting student awareness programs in identified colleges and managing student registration on the official Skill India portal.
  • Infrastructure Setup: Providing and installing the necessary training equipment, software, and hardware (including biometric systems and CCTV) in coordination with the colleges.
  • Training Delivery: Deploying certified trainers to deliver classroom and practical training as per the approved NSQF-aligned curriculum for the prescribed number of hours.
  • Assessment and Certification: Coordinating with Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) for third-party assessments and facilitating the certification of successful candidates.

4. Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners

6. EMD and Performance Security

9. Selection and Evaluation Process
