Expression of Interest (EOI) has been invited by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota for Selection of Service Provider/Consultancy Agency for Providing GATE Training to Students of Affiliating Engineering Colleges of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.
The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and the World Bank is implementing a Project, “Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme, Phase-III (TEQIP-III)” with the objective of improving the quality of Technical Education in the country.
Project Implementation Plan for TEQIP-111 envisages different reforms for improving employability of students studying in Engineering Colleges in focus states participating in the project. The outcome of the project shall be counted if: terms of many indicators, one of them is Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineers (GATE) qualification.
In this regard, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota (RTU Kota) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible service providers/consultancy agencies to indicate their interest in providing the services for GATE Training to undergraduate engineering students of affiliating Engineering College of Rajasthan Technical University.
Interested service providers are advised to refer to eligibility criteria as mentioned in this document. Interested Service provider/ firms may submit “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)” through e-procurement system for GATE Training” and may obtain further information about the services, procedures for submitting the EOI, etc. at TEQIP-111 ATU office or Phone no. 9460089919.
“EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)” must be submitted through the e-procurement portal at www.eproc.rajasthan.gov.in on or before dated 23.10.2020 by 15:00 Hrs. Interested service providers are advised to refer to the website www.eproc.rajasthan.gov.in and www.rtu.ac.in for participating in this Eol Incomplete proposals and proposals received after the prescribed last date will not be entertained. The last date of receiving the EOI should be strictly adhered to. The EOl’s should be submitted through the e-procurement portal only, physical submission of EOl’s shall not be considered.
A pre-proposal online meeting shall be held on 15.10.2020 at 11:30 AM at TEQIP-111 Office of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Pre-Bid queries/clarifications preferably be sent in writing via email at [email protected] prior one day before the scheduled date of the pre-bid meeting. Only one official will be allowed from each service provider to attend the pre-bid meeting at RTU Kota.
The service provider will be selected through the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with the procedure laid down in the bid document.
