- PIAs with ongoing recovery cases or <50% placement in past projects.
- Blacklisted agencies.
- Agencies linked with defaulting PIAs.
- No consortium applications allowed.
📌 Placement Conditions
- Minimum 70% placement of trained candidates is mandatory.
- At least 50% wage employment (rest self-employment/gig).
- Remuneration norms:
- Training < 6 months: ₹10,000/month (India), ₹25,000/month (abroad).
- Training 6–12 months: ₹15,000/month (India), ₹25,000/month (abroad).
- Only verifiable bank-linked payments will be accepted as proof.
