2. Objective
The primary objective of this skill tender is to empanel competent Training Service Providers (TSPs) to implement demand-driven, NSQF-aligned skill development programs. 4. Scope of Work
The empanelled Training Service Providers (TSPs) will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of skill training, which includes:
- Mobilization and Identification: Conducting awareness campaigns to mobilize eligible construction workers and their dependents, ensuring transparent beneficiary enrolment as per KSU guidelines.
- Setting up Training Centres: Establishing or utilizing existing training centres with the required infrastructure, tools, and a safe learning environment as per KSU norms.

14. Other Key Terms and Conditions
- Validity of Proposal: The EOI response must remain valid for 180 days from the date of submission.
