Applications are invited by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (Senior Citizen Division) from the eligible NGOs/Trusts/Charitable institutions etc. on this Ministry’s e-anudaan portal (https://grants-msje.gov.in/) for new projects of:
i) Senior Citizen Home for 25 beneficiaries (SrCH-25) (all genders),
ii) Senior Citizen Home for 50 Beneficiaries (SrCH-50) (all genders) and
iii) Continuous Care Home for persons afflicted with Alzheimer’s/Dementia (CCH) for 20 beneficiaries (all genders),

for the year 2024-25 under the Integrated Programme for Senior Citizens (IPSrC), a subscheme of Atal Vayo Abhyuday Yojana (AVYAY) in the Gap districts across various States/ Union Territories. Tentative list of such Gap districts is at Annexure.
The detailed eligibility criteria, quantum and conditions of assistance etc. have been described in AVYAY scheme guideline which has already been uploaded on the website of the Ministry (https://socialjustice.gov.in/writereaddata/UploadFile/63491659437974.pdf). Cost norms of the projects are given at page 45 to 47 of the Scheme Guideline.
Applicant organisations are requested to kindly go through different provisions of the scheme guideline thoroughly before applying. The Organisation / Implementing agency should have been registered for at least two years, and should have had at least two years’ experience in the social sector at the time of applying for grant under the scheme.
Eligible organisations are required to apply through eAnudaan portal ONLY (https://grants-msje.gov.in/ngo-login).
Before apply, the organisation is requested to kindly check with District Administration whether the district for which the project is being proposed is a GAP district or not. No other means of application shall be entertained. Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (DoSJE) reserves the right to cancel this notice, and/or invite afresh proposals with or without amendments to this document without liability or any obligation for such document, and without assigning any reason. DoSJE reserves the right to take final decision regarding selection of implementing agency or project.
The applications from the organisations from the gap Districts shall be accepted from 01st July 2024 till 15th August, 2024.
