4. EMD & Tender Fees
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): A sum of ₹ 20,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) is required. The EMD must be submitted online through the Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) or Challan. Exemption is not allowed.

5. Scope of Work
The selected Swachhata Knowledge Partner (SKP) will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:

6. Eligibility Criteria for NGO/Organization/Applicant Agency

14. Other Important Terms and Conditions
