4. EMD & Tender Fees

  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): A sum of ₹ 20,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) is required. The EMD must be submitted online through the Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) or Challan. Exemption is not allowed.
  • Tender Fee: A non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) is to be paid online. Exemption is not allowed.

5. Scope of Work

The selected Swachhata Knowledge Partner (SKP) will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:

  • Capacity Building Program:
    • Conduct a training needs assessment and gap analysis for all stakeholders.
    • Develop subject-specific training modules and content.
    • Organize classroom and online training for ULB officials, sanitation staff, sanitary inspectors, and other stakeholders.

6. Eligibility Criteria for NGO/Organization/Applicant Agency

11. Project Duration

12. Funding and Payment Conditions

  • Funding: The project is funded by the Government of Bihar under the Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban (2.0).
  • Payment Conditions:
    • No Advance Payment: No upfront payment will be made.
    • Monthly Invoicing: Payments will be made monthly upon submission of an invoice backed by a detailed activities report.

14. Other Important Terms and Conditions

  • Proposal Validity: The proposal must remain valid for 180 days from the date of proposal opening.
