The Jharkhand Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (JIIDCO), under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme, invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputed academic institutions, autonomous bodies, and universities recognized by state/central governments to conduct Enterprise Development Program (EDP) and Management Development Program (MDP) training for aspiring and existing MSME entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, and SHG members in Jharkhand.
This initiative aims to enhance entrepreneurial skills, business knowledge, and managerial capabilities to foster sustainable MSME growth in the state.

Objective
The primary objective of this RFP is to empanel eligible training partners to deliver structured EDP and MDP programs, focusing on:
- Entrepreneurship development
- Business formalization & compliance
- Financial & marketing management
- Digital & sustainable business practices
- Skill enhancement for women & SC/ST entrepreneurs
The program targets 2,070+ beneficiaries with potential expansion based on fund availability.

Scope of Work
Selected institutions will conduct 3-day residential/non-residential training programs covering:
- Enterprise Development (EDP):
- Business planning, market research, financial literacy, digital marketing, legal compliances.
- Management Development (MDP):
- Leadership, strategic planning, supply chain management, export promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange training venues, lodging, meals, and training kits.
- Provide qualified trainers (min. 10 years’ experience).
- Submit post-training reports, participant feedback, and certifications.
