Objective
The primary objective of this EOI is to create a panel of proficient training partners. This panel will be utilized to conduct specialized training programs for DVC executives and non-executives. The goal is to integrate organizational needs with employee development aspirations, ensuring a skilled and future-ready workforce capable of steering DVC towards its target of becoming a 16 GW+ corporation by 2030.

- Induction/Orientation/Onboarding
- Executive & Management Development Programmes
- Mid-Career and Leadership Training
- Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Assessment & Development Centres
- Outbound Training
- Legal & Compliance Training (RTI, POSH, Environmental, Statutory)
- Safety Training
- Automation & Technology Applications (AR/VR/AI)
- Simulator-based Training
- CSR Training Initiatives
- Water & Dam Management Training
Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners
To be eligible for empanelment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Entity Type: Indian Organizations, Institutes, Universities, Colleges, Societies, Firms, Companies, or Individuals specializing in Learning & Development.
- Operational Experience: Must be active in the training domain for at least the last 3 financial years.
- Client Profile: Must have experience conducting training for organizations with at least 500 employees.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to impart training primarily in English. Proficiency in Hindi and/or Bengali is required for specific programs.
- Legal Standing: The entity must not be blacklisted/debarred by any Central/State Government, PSU, or Government organization.
- Registration: Must possess a valid PAN, TAN (where applicable), and GST registration. Individuals require a valid PAN.
Selection / Evaluation Criteria

Empanelment Procedure & General Terms
