3. SCOPE OF WORK

• Nature Guide/Outdoor Living Skills instructors: Recognised qualification in ecology/natural history/outdoor education with at least 3 field training deployments
• All instructors must hold current, valid international instructor-level certification
• Full CVs, certificates, and credentials for all instructors must be submitted with the bid

3.4 Training Facilitation

Agency Responsibilities:

• Supply all teaching materials, handbooks, and workbooks
• Provide CPR mannequins (adult & child), AED trainers, trauma simulation kits, moulage, splints, litters, bandages, gloves, syringes, cravats (Maximum 3 participants per mannequin for CPR practice)
• Provide ropes, harnesses, helmets, climbing gear, navigation tools, camping gear (must carry BIS, UIAA, or CE marking)
• Issue official certificate cards with certifying body’s seal, certification tier, hours completed, assessment score, and validity period

UTDB Responsibilities:

• Classroom space with audio-visual equipment
• Boarding, lodging, and local transport for participants
• Boarding and lodging for instructors and supporting staff
• Pick-up and drop for instructors from nearest airport/railway station
• Promotion of courses through UTDB’s website and social media
• Provide a UTDB Observer for every batch to verify attendance and collect feedback

3.5 Key Requirements

• All training programmes shall be conducted within the State of Uttarakhand
• Training venues: Dehradun, Rishikesh, Uttarkashi, Tehri, Chamoli, Pithoragarh, or other districts/remote field locations

7.1 Tender Fee

7.2 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
