1. BACKGROUND & INTRODUCTION
The Textile Sector Skill Council (TSC) is an industry-led body established under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and recognized as an Awarding Body by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India.
TSC’s Core Functions:

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A. For Textile Mill Sector Job Roles (Annexure I)
The following organizations are eligible:

Mandatory Requirements
- Online Application: Training Partner affiliation through online application
- Certified Trainers: Availability of TSC Certified Trainers or commitment to deploy/certify trainers before training commencement
