4. Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

5. Scope of Work
The selected Sending Organization (SO) will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services, as outlined in this EOI for Skill Development Training:
- Candidate Mobilization & Selection: Shortlisting approximately 150 candidates from Himachal Pradesh in batches of 10-15.

6. Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners

7. Selection and Empanelment Procedure

13. Other Important Terms and Conditions
- Bid Validity: The bid must be valid for 180 days from the date of bid opening.
