2. Objective

The primary objective of this EOI is to partner with experienced training organizations to deliver a one-day training program. The goal is to equip beneficiaries with essential knowledge and skills to service and maintain BS6-compliant two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Key focus areas include:

  • Strengthening understanding of emission control systems and engine management systems.
  • Building proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., OBD scanners).
  • Enhancing the ability to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues in BS6 vehicles.
  • Promoting awareness of health, safety, and hygiene practices.

3. Key Dates

  • EOI Release Date: 29th September 2025
  • EOI Submission Deadline: 10th October 2025

4. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) & Tender Fees

5. Scope of Work for Training Partners

  • Monitoring & Feedback: Capturing attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes, and submitting detailed reports to ASDC.
  • Coordination: Working closely with the ASDC team and regional SPOCs for effective program execution.

6. Eligibility of Training Partners

Interested organizations must submit the following documents to be considered eligible:

  • Organizational profile detailing training centers, infrastructure, and faculty.
  • Copies of previous work orders/MOUs/sanction orders and completion certificates from Government organizations or Industries (including CSR) for skill development projects.
  • Audited financial statements for FY 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25.
  • Legal and statutory documents (Registration Certificate, GST, PAN, etc.).
  • Any other relevant certifications or accreditations.

7. Selection Criteria

The EOI will be evaluated based on the organization’s:

  • Eligibility as per the required document submission.
  • Capacity in terms of infrastructure, geographical reach, and trainer capability.
  • Past Performance and experience in implementing government or corporate skill development projects.

8. Empanelment Procedure

  1. Interested TPs must formally submit the EOI with all required documents via email and the provided Google Form.
  2. ASDC will evaluate the submitted EOIs.
  3. Shortlisted organizations will be invited to participate in the subsequent formal selection process.
  4. No partner will be considered who does not formally submit this EOI.

9. Eligible Beneficiaries

  • The program is designed for roadside mechanics and service assistants.
