Tender Fee & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

Empanelment Procedure

This is a single-stage selection process leading to a contract, not a multi-stage empanelment. The steps are:

  3. Technical evaluation (including presentation).
  4. Financial evaluation of the top-ranked technical bidder.
