3. SCOPE OF WORK – TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENCY (TSA)

A. Project Planning & Mobilization

• Preparation of district-wise training plans and batch schedules
• Candidate mobilization including IEC material, outreach planning, and district coordination
• Ensure mobilization activities comply with Scheme branding and communication norms

B. Training Centre & Infrastructure Support

• Onboarding of training centres on designated digital platform
• Accreditation of training centres as per Scheme Guidelines
• Geo-tagging and documentation of training centres
• Ensure training space, seating arrangements, water & electricity, and other basic infrastructure

C. Trainer & Batch Management

• Verification of trainer eligibility, certification, and deployment
• Batch creation, approval, and lifecycle management
• Deployment of resource persons/experts/guest faculty

D. Digital Platform & Data Management

• Onboarding and operation on prescribed Skill/Training Management Portal
• Ensure attendance for candidates and trainers

8. PAYMENT TERMS

• All taxes and duties applicable as per laws

9. IMPORTANT CLAUSES

A. Empanelment Period

• Valid for Three Years from date of signing agreement

C. Rights of IEDUP

11. DECLARATION BY APPLICANT

Applicants must certify that:

• All information furnished is true, correct, and complete
• Organization has not been blacklisted by any Government Department/PSU/Autonomous Body
• No material fact has been suppressed
• Organization shall abide by all terms and conditions
• Organization shall set-up dedicated Skill Development Center (SDC) with capacity of not less than 100 youth per year
• Organization shall arrange sufficient space, furniture, equipment, domain tools, training aids, raw material, electricity, water supply and other essentials
