4. Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

5. Scope of Work

The selected Training Partner (TP) will be responsible for:

  • Conducting a 3-month (480 hours) residential training program on geriatric caregiving in Uttarakhand.
  • Adhering to the curriculum and quality standards prescribed by NISD or MSDE.
  • Providing boarding, lodging, and transportation for trainees during the residential program.
  • Arranging compulsory On-the-Job Training (OJT) in liaison with Medical/Nursing Institutions/Hospitals.
  • Ensuring a minimum of 70% placement for successful trainees, who must earn at least a minimum wage.
  • Providing certification to candidates upon successful completion of the course and assessment.

6. Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners
