The selected Implementing Agency shall be responsible for the following:
7.1 Participant Identification
Coordinate with health facility administrators to nominate in-service facility staff across all districts of Tripura.
Submit batch-wise final list of participants to the Authority for approval prior to commencement of training.
7.2 Training Design
Conduct training needs assessment and curriculum design contextualized to Tripura’s current IHIMS/ABDM implementation status.
Develop track-wise training material (facilitator guides, participant handbooks, job aids) in English and Bengali (with Kokborok where required), with local context and examples.
7.3 Training Delivery

10. Empanelment Procedure

17. Other Terms and Conditions
17.1 General Terms
Bidders must have valid Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
Bidders must enroll on the e-procurement portal and obtain User ID and Password.
