The Office of the Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Implementing Agencies (IAs) for their empanelment to organize training programs under Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programmes (ESDP) for the financial year 2025–26.

The Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programmes (ESDP) aims to promote self-employment and Entrepreneurship by providing technical and managerial training. It focuses on skill enhancement, capacity building for MSMEs, fostering innovation, and generating employment. The programme ensures inclusive growth, targeting youth, women, and disadvantaged groups to drive economic development through technical upskilling and business innovation.
Eligibility Criteria for Empanelment:
- Proven experience in organizing skill development and entrepreneurship programmes
- Adequate infrastructure and resources to conduct high-quality training
- Willingness to adopt digital platforms for monitoring and evaluation
Interested Organizations can submit their application in the prescribed format along with supporting documents through email to [email protected] latest by 20th March, 2025. Applicants must include detailed proposals specifying the geographical coverage of the training programs and the areas of specialization for advanced courses. Furthermore, the distribution of the ESDP programmes to the Implementing Agencies will be based on the mandate to ensure a balanced distribution and maintain the prescribed ratio of various scheme components.
