2. Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for end-to-end verification across the training lifecycle, which includes:

  • Planning: Assessing current processes and preparing verification checklists.
  • Data Verification/Validation & Field Visits:
    • Training & Certification: Verifying training, lodging & boarding attendance (using Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System), assessment costs, and training completion documents.
    • Placement Verification: Conducting 100% desk verification of placement data submitted by PIAs, followed by 30% field verification at employer premises for shortlisted candidates.
  • Data Analysis: Using data analytics tools to identify trends, anomalies, and gaps in the data.
  • Reporting: Submitting batch-wise verification reports to facilitate the release of payments to training partners.

3. Key Timelines for Verification
