2. Objective

To empanel eligible Companies/Firms with proven capabilities to deliver high-quality IT and ITES training. The empanelment will be valid for two years, allowing SIL to allocate training projects (on a work-order basis) to empaneled partners based on their competency and cost-effectiveness.

6. Eligibility of Training Partners (Categorization)

Bidders must apply for one of three categories based on their capacity and turnover. Consortiums or Joint Ventures are NOT permitted.

8. Empanelment Procedure
