Project Introduction:
- The Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB) invites EoI for selecting training partners to conduct short-term skill training under SANKALP.
- The initiative aims to skill youth in the state, focusing on technical and industry-relevant training, including drone operation.
4. Objectives:
Facilitate industry partnerships for placement opportunities.
Enhance employability of youth through technical skill development.
Provide hands-on training and certification in drone operation.
5. Scope of Work:
- Establish training centers and mobilize candidates.
- Conduct training programs for drone operation.
- Ensure assessment and certification from recognized bodies (MSDE/NCVET/MPSSDEGB).
- Facilitate placement of trained candidates.
- Monitor and report training outcomes.
6. Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners:
- Legally registered entity (Corporation, PSU, Board, Cooperative Society, etc.).
- Minimum 5 Crore INR average annual turnover (last three financial years).
- Positive net worth of at least INR 25 Lakhs as of 31st March 2024.
- Minimum 1000 candidates trained and certified in the last three years.
- Not blacklisted or debarred by any government entity.
- Trainers must be ToT (Training of Trainers) certified.
7. Selection Criteria:
- Technical Evaluation (100 marks total):
- Age of organization (up to 20 marks)
- Annual turnover (up to 20 marks)
- Net worth (up to 20 marks)
- Number of candidates trained and certified (up to 40 marks)
- Performance review after one month to assess training effectiveness.
8. Payment Conditions:
- Tranche 1 (30%): On commencement of training.
- Tranche 2 (30%): When batch achieves 70% biometric attendance and 50% of training completion.
- Tranche 3 (40%): On successful certification of trainees.

10. Training Conditions:
Mandatory use of biometric attendance system.
Minimum batch size: 20 candidates, maximum: 40.
