4. Scope of Work
The selected NGOs/CBOs will be responsible for the following key components of the Targeted Interventions (TI) and Link Worker Scheme (LWS) for high-risk and vulnerable populations, including Female Sex Workers (FSW), Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), Transgenders (TG), Injecting Drug Users (IDUs), and Bridge Populations (Truckers, Migrants, and Prisoners).
