Scope of Work
The selected Training Partners will be responsible for a comprehensive range of activities:
- Mobilization: Conducting ground-level mobilization of gatherers/trainees at their own cost and forming batches at the cluster level.
- Training & Curriculum: Developing training modules in Gujarati that cover entrepreneurship, marketing, packaging, financial literacy, and domain skills. The training must include market exposure visits.
- Training Delivery: Facilitating training for batches of 20 trainees on sustainable harvesting and value addition of MFPs.

- Experience: Must have completed Five (5) MFP-based training programs with at least 1500 trainees in Gujarat State during the last 10 years.
- MFP Turnover: Minimum turnover of Rs. 50 Lakhs from MFP Training activity in the last 10 years.
- Market Linkage: Experience in establishing market and credit linkages for large groups (≥1000 small and marginal farmers).
- Capacity Building: Experience in providing capacity building, pre- and post-harvest training for large groups.
- Manpower: Must have regular manpower with technical expertise for cluster development programs.
- DPR Expertise: Experience in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).

Empanelment Procedure
- Initial Scrutiny: Applications will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria.
