The selected agency (Project Implementing Agency) shall be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the skill development programme, including:

7. Selection Criteria
The selection follows a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method with a two-stage evaluation:
Stage 1: Preliminary Evaluation

14. Other Terms and Conditions
- Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): Required as per format in Annexure-II.
