Objectives

The primary objectives of this EOI and the GIAS program are to :

• Establish a state-level, industry-driven advanced training ecosystem across 20 Priority Sectors and 12 Emerging and Futuristic Sectors.
• Create a transparent and meritocratic empanelment process for Training Partners (TPs) from industry and academia.
• Ensure all training leads to verifiable certification (NSQF/NCVT/KSU/GCVT) along with livelihood and placement support.
• Facilitate Reskilling, Upskilling and New-Skilling (RUN) interventions for youth, women, workers, and marginalised communities.
• Build a technology-first training ecosystem using Aadhaar-seeded enrolment, biometric attendance, and online monitoring.

Key Dates (EOI Timeline)

• EOI Release Date: The EOI was made available from 06.06.2026 .
• Submission Deadline: This is a Perpetual (Rolling) EOI, meaning applications can be submitted at any time during the current Financial Year (2026-27) . Applications will be reviewed and processed on a periodic basis .

Scope of Work
