1. Introduction

5. Scope of Work

The selected agency/institute shall provide training, research, consultancy, capacity building, and allied professional services through COEP University in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 13 March 2026. The broad scope includes:

12. Empanelment Procedure

  1. Submission of Technical Bid: Bidders submit Technical Bid with all required documents in one envelope through the e-tendering portal.

16. Other Terms and Conditions

16.1 Performance Bank Guarantee

  • Within 7 days of issue of Letter of Award, successful bidder shall furnish Performance Security.
  • Amount: 2% of Contract Price.
  • Valid up to 30 days after completion of all contractual obligations.
  • Forms accepted: Demand Draft/Fixed Deposit Receipt from any commercial bank in India, or online payment.

16.2 Confidentiality and Secrecy
